In SAP system, material code is the identification symbol of all materials. Material procurement, pallet and inventory management, material collection are based on material code as the basis of inquiry and further operation. Usually, the material code query is done manually. The system interface provides a query window. When querying, fill in the query conditions manually, click search, and compare the database to find the material status. The generated query results need to be pasted to the form manually and then uploaded to the system. This process is complex, tedious and repetitive, which consumes a lot of effective time of design and production personnel.
At the same time, the manually entered search conditions vary from person to person and cannot be standardized. Due to the query conditions such as search fields, the query results will be different and there is an information vacuum. For example, some materials have actually been registered and backed up in the system, and there are material codes. However, when querying, the entered search criteria are not the same as the description in the system of the material. The returned result will make the false impression that the material has no record. When the system generates a form, the software will automatically query the material code and automatically synchronize the query results to Por and PML The visualization of material coding is realized and the workload of material coding management is reduced. The logic optimization is carried out in the software design. The same material can only match the only material code, which solves the problem of \"one object with multiple codes\", which brings good news to the design and production management.
