China shipbuilding group undertakes two special projects of scientific research plan for high-tech ships

In 2016, the Ministry of industry and Information Technology launched five major projects and special projects. China shipbuilding group undertakes two special projects, namely \"marine low speed engine engineering (phase I)\" led by China Shipbuilding Power Research Institute Co., Ltd. and \"super large container ship of 20000 TEU and above\" led by the Seventh Research Institute of China shipbuilding group. The two special projects of China shipbuilding group account for 74% of the total investment of the five special projects.
Among the five special projects, \"marine low-speed Engine Engineering (phase I)\" lasted for two years and was approved by the main leaders of the State Council. It is the largest civil product scientific research project in the history of shipbuilding industry. The project has gathered the strength of 42 domestic advantageous enterprises, institutes and universities. The goal is to promote the independent research and development of key components and energy-saving devices and breakthroughs in basic key technologies through the development of a new generation of marine low-speed diesel dual fuel principle prototype and engineering prototype by 2020, launch a series of marine low-speed engine independent products that meet the market demand, and establish a technical system for the innovation and development of marine low-speed engines To form the R & D system and innovation capability of marine low-speed aircraft in China. The implementation of the project will effectively promote the leaping development of China\'s ship power. On the basis of China\'s ability to design and build 10000 container ships in batch, the project of \"20000teu and above super large container ships\" aims to form the leading design and high-efficiency batch construction capacity of 20000 TEU and above super large container ships by 2018, and at the same time, it will promote the localization of key supporting facilities such as lashing system, fuel oil dual fuel and waste boilers.
This year, the first scientific and Technological Innovation Conference of China shipbuilding group was held, which made clear the scientific and technological innovation development plan of civil products in the 13th five year plan.
